25 August 2009	Customer review This hotel was fantastic. Our private room was small but there was AC and a laptop with free internet. Staff was not incredibly friendly but they were helpful. Safe in the room as well as a balcony overlooking a busy street in Puerta del Sol. Would definetly stay here again.	87%

15 August 2009	Luís Guedes It's at the center of madrid, in the most turistic area, near El Corte Ingles, if you want to do some shopping. Everything was as described. The room was confortable, albeit a bit small. The staff was friendly and gave us good indication about what to visit. I would stay there again, if i went back to Madrid.	87%
