Liked: i'd rather say what i didn't like: you had to insert a coin to lock your safe, you had to ask at the reception to get a key for the dining room whenever you wanted to fix something to eat and had to leave a deposit, the list of how to behave in the hostel consists mainly of things you are not allowed to do (f.e. to open the window - and you are not allowed to take a picture of the yard) the printer of the computer didn't work at least for two days - i wanted to book a train ticket by internet and couldn't do so as there was no possibility to print the ticket. it is terrribly loud when the windows are open. it is very clean, i really did feel safe and there were nice people in my room - that are the good points of the hostel.

Liked: Very clean and staff very friendly. Ideal if just looking for a place to sleep, internet access is also an added advantage! Overall pretty happy with the place.

Liked: Not very fun, a massive place with too many area's so you never really meet anyone else. But they do have free breakfast and free internet and a microwave to make cheap dinner.

Liked: New, in great location JUST SLIGHTLY away from downtown Madrid within 10 mins walk by Alfonso Martinez metro station. Great amenities (laundry, cycling, breakfast) offerred although I didn't take advantage of any of them except for the free internet and Wi-Fi located in the "Media/Study" lounge. Note: It is true how their Wi-Fi have good & bad days. A great plus I enjoyed compared to other hostels I've stayed in is how their bathroom and shower are located within the room. They also have another set of bathroom in the check-in level too. Staff are helpful and nice too. A good size locker is available for each person within the room too for 1 Euro REFUNDABLE deposit. There is also a supermarket within 5 mins walk too.

Liked: Great place, very clean and organized. A bathroom in each room is a GREAT thing. The only complain is that the rooms get a bit too hot during summer evenings!

Liked: Clean facilities with a friendly staff. Nice hostelmates and plenty of programming.Dislikes: curfew for breakfast and checkout, staff's lack of concern about fixing wifi (unplug and plug in the modem, and it should work)

Liked: The greatest thing was the evening activities that the staff organizes every day. I was staying at the hostel on my own, but met - partly because of these activities - many cool people with whom we had lots of fun in the pubs:)

Liked: the reception staff were very helpful and activities were organised. the rooms were clean. The only downfall was there was a big kitchen but could not be used for cooking or keeping food refigerated. rooms near the kitchen noisy in the morning. slightly noisy at night with traffic. location was a little further away from main tourist sights but metro 2 mins away. all sights accessible to walk though and good shopping.

Liked: If you intend going to Spain, this is a great choice.This hostel organizes activities in Madrid like watching flamenco half the price, going to Discos, etc..The staff is super friendly and they speak average english (which is good because no one in Spain speaks well english).

Liked: its the most modern hostel i ve ever been so far.its so new also rooms and sheets were clean like we were in a hotel.only bad thing is that it doesnt have the true youth hostel atmosphere rather its more like a kindergarden
