Liked: The location was very central the staff was very friendly & went out of their way to make us comfortable & we felt very safe especially as we had children with us.I would definately stay here again & recommend it to friends & family

Liked: The main one is location. It is in the very center of Madrid few meters away from "Puerta del Sol". Apart from that, rooms are clean fully equiped: air conditioning, TV and private bathroom. Atmosphear was normal, it is just a hostel to spend the night, it does not have the "backpackers" atmosphear. However, I recommended it.
