Liked: The beds are very good, the lockers are safe and the air conditioning works!! You can leave your things inside without worrying about!

Disliked: The key to enter in the room its not so simple to use...But it is not a real problem.

Liked: It's a great location! Food, both stores and restaurants, are very convenient. Bars are all around it too!

Disliked: The staff wasn't very friendly, but it could have been just my luck.

Liked: It's located in a great location. Very easy to meet people in the downstairs social area in the evenings. Near plaza Santa Ana and all the surrounding bars. Minutes walk to so many popular locations. Have stayed here before and will definetly come back!

Liked: It is situated to a really convinient place near to everything. The value for price is the best as it is very well organised and it offers everything you need to a very low price. I would definately stay again if I had to visit Madrid once again.

Disliked: There was not hot water no matter what time of day was. Even early in the morning. There was not a cosy place to stay late in the night as the kitchen was closed at around 2300.

Liked: good location, close to museums and metro stations.

Disliked: the use of plastic everything for the complementary breakfasts. so much is thrown out everyday. no consideration for the environment at all! also not being able to access kitchen and computers between 10.30 - 1.30 and after 11pm.

Liked: Very well located, near to all the main sites and good places to go out in the evenings.

Disliked: Very unfriendly staff and the atmosphere is very impersonal, full of rude, loud backpackers and the whole hostal atmosphere is defined by this.

Liked: It had a great youthful atmosphere and was very friendly, which is really welcomed after arriving in Madrid with heavy bags! It has brightly coloured walls, different on each level, and there are balconies overlooking the street which are great to sit and relax on. Nice courtyard area with kitchen in the centre too, which is nice place to eat and socialise.

Disliked: There aren't many showers so we were waiting in the morning for a while, but there may have been more upstairs that we hadn't discovered.

Liked: The staff (especially that one guy) is really nice and helpful and let me kept my stuff there even though I left for a week and came back for it, nothing was stolen at a public accessible storage room which was nice. Had modest breakfast, nice locker system.

Disliked: Can't really blame the hostel on this one but inconsiderate travelers sharing the same room is not exactly plesant.

Liked: Locación excelente y el Staff muy amable!!Great Location and excellent kind staff, I would definitely stay here again. and the locker in my room gave me a great piece of mind while walking all over Madrid

Liked: This hostel was one of the best we stayed at while traveling through Spain. The staff was really great at directions, we kept asking so many questions and they were happy to answer. The location is great! about a 10 min walk to the main city square. The locks on the doors were really confuising though. We had to ask someone to open them a few times but we got the hang of it at the end. The locks definatly made the hostel safe, so it was no big deal. The kitchen had limited equipment. No plates or pots were available to us when someone else was cooking. One thing we do have to complain about is our wake up call. The reception lady woke us up an hour and half later then we requested. We then had to pay for our taxi ride to the airport instead of public transit. That right there cost us an extra 20 euros. Liked: It was ok, but I think I'd choose to stay somewhere else next time. Only one of the staff was friendly, the rest could't care less to help, they never smile. The kitchen is always disgusting when we want to use it. A couple had a bag stolen in the reception area last night.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Only used it as a place to crash before and after flights, but location must be perfect for seeing Madrid (free walking tours every day) Would consider using it again if I go to Madrid.

Liked: Everything you need, great location, cheap. (Although, they rented out rooms to about 45 ten-year-olds while I was there, and the staff just let them run around and make as much noise as they wanted, which was a lot!)
