Liked: Convenient and friendly atmosphere

Disliked: The bedroom space is a little small than other hostel i have been and the Wi-Fi is not available inside the room.

Liked: Nice location, great place to meet other travelers. Highly recommended with friendly staff who will go out of their way to assist you.

Disliked: Internet only worked in common areas.

Liked: I liked the free city tour. Katya was awesome

Disliked: I didnt like the Tapas tour or the pub crawl. The tapas were not at all worth the money and the alcohol at the pub crawl was watered down

Liked: Great free walking tour and other evening events. Very reasonable prices. Not one of those places that scams money out by not including and forcing you to pay for linens. The price you see is what you pay. Good location and crowd, too.

Disliked: The toilet stalls are small and stall doors leave little room from the toilet seat to the door. Also, showers take a while to stabilize temperature.

Liked: It was close to alot of things a very central spot in Madrid. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The key system is cool and everybody gets a locker which is nice. Free internet as well an a place to put bigger bags during the day.

Liked: Reltively good location

Disliked: One member of the staff commited preconception against a old man who was looking for a place to stay. He said it was a place only for young people. Unbelivable to see such kind of thing.

Liked: It's in a super location, there is a great atmosphere and the rooms are comfortable and really secure, I really liked that each person has a big locker for bags and valuables!

Liked: Great place to stay. Had free sangria and game night while I was there. Offered different activities and tours each nice which was awesome. Easy place to meet people.

Disliked: Only one bathroom in the area of the hostel I was staying in.

Liked: It was so close to everything, there was something going on every night and the staff were quite accommodating

Disliked: The address given on the website sent us to the wrong part of the city. The correct address needs to be clearly marked on the website.

Liked: Brilliant location with great facilities. We stayed in the 10 bed dorm & it was fine, good security lockers & hairdryers in the bathrooms - great!!

Disliked: The breakfast was pretty average and the staff weren't particularly helpful but it was fine for what we wanted - a clean, comfortable bed & safe room to stay for a few nights

Liked: Good location, no mixed gender rooms.

Disliked: Noisy, so very very noisy with people shouting till 4am in the halls/streets/rooms next door. Not enough bathrooms per floor and the ones that were were very dirty. Rickety beds and a stupid wrist watch key system.

Liked: bar crawls! and the great organised social activities

Disliked: level 2 dorms only had 2 toilets and showers for around 60-70 ppl..... had to go to level 1 to shower

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: The rooms were modest, but clean. However, the kitchen and common area were dingy. The front desk people were helpful, but the male workers were gruff and off putting. I was turned away from various locations in the hostel on more than one occasion. "Please stay out of the common bathroom, get off the stairs, get out of the computer room...I'm cleaning," which I found bizarre because we were in the hostel for very few hours of the day. The metro system in Madrid is easy to navigate and convenient so the next time I’m in Madrid, I would choose to stay in a nicer place maybe not as centrally located for the same price.

Liked: It's really loud all night long... close to all bars and clubs, so if you are planning to go to Madrid for parties this is a place for you, if you wanna rest not really... but Madrid is for partying not for resting, if you like it or not...

Disliked: it was too loud...but this is the matter of super central location not the place

Liked: they did offer breakfast

Disliked: the bathrooms were tiny and disgusting, the quiet rule after midnight is not enforced at all so i only received about 3 hours of sleep

Liked: great atmosphere, they had drinking games and supplied all you could drink free sangria (no strings attached), it was very clean, staff was great

Disliked: plastic utensils, they let some very loud people check in at 8.30am
