It was centrally located and close to the metro. the staff were polite and helpful, breakfast included was a bonus and the kitchen was very handy with a fridge and microwave. lots of computers for internet, and rooms and bathroom were clean.

It is well located, very central. Walking distance from main Madrid squares. Cheap and clean. Nice place to stay for one night or two if you're on a reduced budget.

Awesome place!!! Location is excellent, staff is super nice, the activities they organise are great for meeting new people and really good value for money! Only downside is the key system is a bit frustrating, specially if you´re coming back a bit tipsy....or a lot! Pablo, you are a champ!!!!!!!

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Activities are organized nightly for anyone who is looking to go out and have a good time and most of the time there is a free bar!

The electronic dorm key is a little confusing to use; I could not unlock the door to enter my room sometime ,and my roommates had to open the door for me, which neither my roommate nor I did feek good about it.
