Liked: Very central location but quiet. One of the best hostals I've stayed at in Madrid - this being my fifth visit. Facilities very good for the price. Modern bathroom with power shower. Cafes in square for breakfast.

Liked: I stayed here for one night in a private room, very good value for money. Location is great, the room and bathroom were small but really clean. I would definitely stay here again. Free wifi too which is always good..

Liked: THE BEST IS THE LOCATION, IS CLEAN AND SAFE THE AREA TOO. FOR THE PRICE IS VERY GOOD , THE ROOM ARE SMALL BUT CONFORTABLE. IS MY SECOND TIME HERE AND HAS IMPRUVED

Liked: Excellent location next door to Puerta de Sol but actually in a quiet plaza. Would definately stay again. Could do with another computer or two with internet access. Good value for money.

Liked: Excellent hostel indeed!!! I was forced to visit Madrid "thanks" to SkyEurope bankruptcy - we stayed there for 2 nights and this was the best part of our trip. Clean, nice, airconditioned, perfectly located hostel (btw - it could be seen as a proper *** hotel accomodation, not only hostel). Higly recommended!

Liked: This hotel was far better than I had expected, given the price. The rooms were absolutely spotless and tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, there was a flat-screen tv (channels only in spanish) and a safe (1euro each time you open it though) and the shower was very good. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the internet is free. Also, the location couldnt be better - the hotel is 20 metres away from Plaza Mayor and there is a metro station very close.Overall, there is nothing that I feel is wrong with this hotel, other than having to pay to use the safe! Would definately recommend it.

Liked: I found the location really good in relation to many of the attractions in Madrid. The room was small but very clean and had all of the basic amenities. It was a good value for the location.

Liked: Extremely central location; very friendly/helpful/efficient check in; good room - air conditioning, en suite, TV, safe for passport etc; comfortable bed - single room but bed was like small double so plenty of room for me!; quiet room - expected noise due to reviews I had read but no problems at all (Saturday night in late June). Overall an excellent place that totally met my needs - would stay here again.
