Liked: Location is perfect to explore everything Madrid has to offer. very very clean and comfortable. Rooms are very private and the balcony is a great feature.

Liked: we were surprised about how central the location was.in the room was everything we needed, the bathroom was very clean and we felt very comfortable, and we`ll surely come again!!

Liked: This hostel is about as central as you can get - right next to the Plaza Mayor. It's great value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Some of them speak English. The room was kept very clean and there was a balcony overlooking the plaza. I have stayed here 3 or 4 times and would definitely return again.

Liked: Central location to main city sites.Cleanliness of hostal and helpfulness of staff although some difficulty as I did not speak Spanish and she did not speak English but we got there! Value for money.Safe in room.Able to store luggage on day of leaving.

Liked: Fantastic location! This was the second time in Madrid and I thought this place was great. More expensive than my first visit but then I wasn't backpacking el cheapo style. Price is really good if you are willing to spend a bit more. They have very rooms and the bathrooms are the best I've ever had in a hostal. Doesn't seem to be any communal space to meet people, but then again it's not a backpackers. For that I recommend www.couchsurfing.com where you can meet a local for coffee and/or tapas. There is a great ice-cream bar down the road with wireless. Although the hostal has internet and they give you cables if you don't have one.
