Liked: The hostel is located about 50 m from the Plaza de Mayor in the middle of everything you could want to see in Madrid and a few minutes from the most central Metro station (Sol). The staff, while lacking in English skills, was very helpful and accomodating. The coffee in the vending machine wasn't bad either.

Liked: The Hostel is in a magnificient position, very close to Plaza Mayor (2 min by foot). The room was clean with private bath, TV, phone. There is not a breakfast service but at the buildind's ground floor there's a good cafeteria. Very close to metro too (Sol or La Latina). I recommend!

Liked: Perfectly clean, definitely more of a hotel than a hostel. The receptionists were all very friendly. Location was perfect, easy to metro around the city and to the airport.
