Liked: everything, it was fun and cosy, not a stiff thing as it somethimes can be. people were friendly and honest. I have rebooked jet to go back next weekend.. thatsays somethinng no?

Liked: it's located right in the centre (1 minute walk to metro-station Chueca, 20 minutes walking to Puerta del Sol by foot - if you go out in that area at night, you don't need a taxi to get back)

Liked: it was clean, with friendly people however the rate you pay for a bed does not include watching a DVD, lockers, luggage store for a few hours etc. there are lots of rules.
