Liked: Nice staff, good location. They charge for locks, luggage storage, if you check out late... nothing too outrageous but annoying if you're not expecting it.

Liked: very helpful staff that can tell you pretty much anything from the directions to the nearest grocery store to their favourite hostels to stay in the rest of Spain. A great central location, though incredibly difficult to find the first time.

Liked: One very friendly and helpful staff member, bathrooms cleaned every day, great value, free toast, coffee, and jam every morning, great place to meet very interesting people, quite enough considering it is a hostel.

Liked: I love the hospitality on this one particular lady who was working behind the counter. She is very friendly and welcome us so warmyly. the hostel is fairly clean, and all the necessary facilities were provided. I was happy with all the basic things that they provided in the kitchen, and plus, there were movies to rent. though i hope that the rest the staffs could speak better english.

Liked: Staff were AWESOME!!! Didn't like how everything had little charges like lockers, internet, movies, etc. Cleaned daily, but in an old building so can't really be that clean. SMOKING in kitchen, sick! Free breakfast is just toast and coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Really great staff!

Liked: For only 17 euros for a shared room and 18 for a triple, this hostel is really a bargain. You will be greeted by a very friendly staff. The hostel is a liitle bit old but it is spotless. They really clean the common areas every day so the kitchen, showers and bathrooms are really clean. The neighbourhood is awesome. Only 1mn from the chueca subway, barbieri road has tons of bars and tapas places. Plus it's very easy to walk to all the tourist attractions. I would df recommend this hostel!

Liked: A normal hostel with friendly staff and it was clean. As it is in the party part of town you get a lot of street noise all Friday and Saturday night.
