Liked: Bahia Madrid has a great location and is clean and cute. Our room looked like it had been very recently updated and more construction was still going on. We had a room with shower and sink that made it really nice, and a view of the street and plaza. They even provided extra blankets, a hand towel, and hand soap (Hand soap in Europe? Crazy!). It was a good value for the price, although there is no internet or breakfast, just a fridge in the lounge. We never saw anyone else that was staying there, and the clerk was hard to find, so not the best place to meet people, but I would definitely recommend it to others.

Liked: Location is as good as you could get, Maria was helpful and friendly, and spoke english! It was clean and secure. It was a little noisy at night, but i think thats the trade off you get for having the prime location

Liked: A clean and fairly quiet place to stay. It's a hostel but more set up like a budget hotel because there's no kitchen or common area. Good for people who aren't looking to party or meet other travellers. Nice balcony and great location a couple minutes walk off Puerta del Sol. Would be better with some cooking facilities but a pretty nice place to stay.

Liked: Location, very near Puerto Del Sol (centre of Madrid) However have to keep eyes peeled for tiny "Bahia" sign or you will walk straight past it!
