Liked: The location is excellent and easy to find for first comer.You can walk to the most of the attractions without any problem.Very safe and clean and helpful.I recommend strongly.

Liked: good location, right in the middle of madrid, easy to reach from metro. the bathroom facilities were clean, also the rooms. not so good was, that we have a room without a window, so it was dark at 9 o'clock in the morning.

Liked: the location was nice. but the owner of the hostel was not nice. the shower on the room was too little to turn.And there was hair on the pillow.the ambiance was not nice

Liked: It was a great property for the price, We had a private room and were upgraded to a room with a balcony and shower. It was great having a shower in the room but the balcony made the room cold and noisy at night. The location of the hostel was amazing but was very hard to find since there was no sign or directions how to walk to the hostel. It was very clean and secure but the staff was not the best, she made us feel guilty about upgrading. Overall the hostel was still great for the price!!

Liked: A very central location, the owners were very polite and helpful.The room was clean with decor from the 70;s, yellow walls with green woodwork!!!Overall i liked this place, clean,basic and secure and reasonably priced

Liked: The owner has a biggest attitude problem on earth. She even fights with customers to justify her poor standards of customer service. She reckons customers have to beg her for deserved services. She is cold, unwelcoming and unhelpful. All she cares about is nothing but Money. One minute she said no credit cards accepted, the next minute she helped herself to your accounts. I had my money stolen through unauthorised use of my credit card. Be careful. Be very careful. Guard your money as you would do your eyes when you are in Spain.

Liked: Pros:- muchas gracias to senor Sala who was very helpful and nice person (speaks English as well); he was trying to keep my stay comfortable all the time- location!- cleanliness high above average- strong attention to the securityCons:- extremely small single rooms with no windows- poor ventilation; however, there was a ventilation fan, it was just mixing all the time the same air in the room; small advice for owners - there should be some ventilation which pumps fresh air from outside or at least from "leaving room"

Liked: nice atmosphere, very clean, u have ur own keys, so u can ,really central,nice staff, maria is really friendly and helpful. nice place to stay, specially if u are not a staying in the hostel type i recommend it to all the tourists
