Liked: I stayed here with a friend and we had a room with 2 twin beds, TV, balcony, and a bizarre telephone-booth like shower in the room. The hostel is quiet and clean and the manager helped us arrange taxis to the airport when the Metro workers went on strike.

Disliked: It's very noisy because it is between 2 prime plazas in the center of Madrid. We had a fan overhead, but sometimes wanted to keep the balcony doors open for fresh air which meant lots of noise at all hours.

Liked: good location.. fortunately we had a room with window, but there are also room without window... at night very silent, bathroom seemed to be new, there are no dishes, but a fridge (and a coffee dispenser)

Liked: The room and bathrooms were very clean. The location is amazing, because it is just a minute from Plaza Mayor and the Sol station. The staff was very helpful with everything and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely go back again. It's a good place for couples.

Liked: The staff lady was first very angry because we were late but later she was very helpful and she know every metro route by heart :)She speak well english, the location is very nice, but no kitchen facility I will recommend everyone
