Gran Villa Famara is an elegant house placed in the residential area of Los Mojones, in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The commercial area and beaches can be found within a short walk.

The area of Los Mojones is characterized by its tranquility, placed in field zone but simultaneously integrated to Puerto del Carmen.

Gran Villa Famara is a newly constructed house, of modern architecture and a functional style. The house has 3 bedrooms set in different colors (1 double and 2 twins), 2 bathrooms, kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, vitro and microwave with dining area integrated in the kitchen. Utility room with washing machine and a small patio. Wide and luminous lounge of modern style with flat screen TV, Sat. and a dining area. Garden, solarium with sun beds and teak furniture, barbecue and private swimming pool.

The shipyard and old fishing village it is only 15 kilometers to the city of Arrecife. Just a few meters it is found a great variety of specialized restaurants in fish, grills, bars, supermarket and shops.

Lanzarote island, has many wonderful secret places to visit by car.
The bus services are not able to connect you with all the island's zones and their timetables are very spaced out, so to be really free to move, one car will be almost essential.
