The 21st Century University Residence

‘The Siglo XXI University Residence’ is located on the hillside of ‘Monte de La Zapateira’ by the Golf Club. It has plenty of services and there is a regular transport bus system to the campuses and the city.

The Siglo XXI University Residence was opened in 1993. The rooms are mixed and there are 263 beds distributed in 199 single rooms and 64 double rooms.

All rooms have individual bathroom, central heating and telephone. The rooms include a 190 x 90 cm bed, wardrobe, desk, chairs and auxiliary single furniture. The residence provides two blankets, the mattress cover, the pillow, one bedspread and sheets and towels.

Fees include rent, full board from Monday to Sunday (including: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner), water and electricity consumption, central heating, room cleaning, transport and the usage of communal areas. Calls made will be charged additionally.

Services included in the price:
TV and video room, computer room, daily press, restaurant, study areas, gym, room cleaning, maintenance, indoor game room and laundry services.
