Liked: Clean, helpful staff

Disliked: No dish soap or sponge, and yet for some reason, staff wouldn't give us any with which to do our pushes? Otherwise great.

Liked: Location, 24 hr reception, clean, the big pool.

Disliked: No free wifi. The kitchen was dirty (all the utilitys were dirty and some were missing).

Liked: Nice pool area, nice view from the rooms facing the water, good quiet location.

Disliked: No wifi Internet sucked. The house cleaning staff were totally hopeless. Out room went three days without being cleaned, ot towels changed until we objected.

Disliked: Cleaning ladies would come and make the beds only, would not bother to mop or clean the bathrom. And did not change the sheets.

Liked: Good location with a wonderful rock-beach near by. Walking distance to the city center. good connection to bus station. quite big pool.

Disliked: The property itself is really good. Quite good value for money. But the staff should take the security aspect more serious. Nobody is checking at least your name when you ask for the room keys.

Liked: Location. Facilities! Great Price during Low Season!

Disliked: Wifi and Intermet was down when we were there. Some of the staff are very unfriendly. They need to be taught a lesson in Customer Service. There were however, a couple of nice & helpful ladies who could help answer our questions.

Disliked: Air conditione did not function in the first room we were offered and in the second room the toilet leaked water onto the floor.

Liked: Location excellent.

Disliked: Noise travels very fast from other rooms. Noisy when setting up breakfast. Staff shouting at top of their voices to each other when cleaning the rooms

Liked: It was amazing, very good value for money. Clean rooms, good kitchen equipment, nice sea views, very close to Ibiza town and beaches.

Liked: The man who greeted us at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We also liked how close it is to the water and that it has a pool. We felt comfortable in the room.

Liked: Clean, basic accommodation. Paper thin walls, so expect LOTS of noise, if you're a light sleeper don't stay here.

Liked: For the price, the rooms were great with a kitchen and private bathoom. The location is fantastic just next to the beach and in a sweet little town 15 minutes walk form the centre of Ibiza town
