Liked: Very clean, lady at front desk very helpful and spoke english well.

Disliked: Really difficult to find, need some signs or arrows etc pointing the way through the small streets and stairs.

Liked: colourful, clean, nice roof terrace, friendly staff, free bread, milk and coffee and good location for the old town.

Disliked: we had one quiet night and one very noisy night. Many rooms, including ours, which didn't have a window, are organised around a central stairwell which starts with a very loud front door at the bottom, and at the top there is a common room area which has no door so all the noise travels into the stairwell and can be heard throughout the building from this room and other dorms on the stairwell.

Liked: It is quite near to the citycentre and the view from the terrace of the hostel is great.

Disliked: At the sheets at our bed were red spots (blood???). The owner of the hostel told us it would be wine but i don´t now if this is true. Anyway: It was disgusting. AND in our bathroom were brown spots on the toilet. I don´t want to know what this was!!!! After I had told this the owner, he changed the sheets and cleaned our bathroom. The room wasnt the cleanest one I have ever slept in (hair at the floor), but after cleaning it was ok! Same at the kitchen - a little bit dirty.

Liked: Great location, very clean, Julian was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants/bars/discotechs and showing our group how to navigate around the city.

Disliked: Difficult to find, but directions sent with confirmation e-mail are relatively accurate.

Liked: the terrace is lovely, the staff are nice (but are never on the reception desk and don't seem to do any work) free wi-fi. great location but tricky to find.

Disliked: kitchen has no hot water, no kettle and no oven. they let people smoke everywhere except the rooms. beds are very, very creaky!

Liked: Very friendly staff, helpful and spoke English well (it's often a problem in Spain) breakfast was included in the price, free internet, it was great! The only problem was that the place was a bit difficult to find.

Liked: Free parking is nearby. It is fun please to meet other people. The views from terrace are breathtaking. In the evening and during a night you can find and talk to interesting peaople over there. Tea, coffee, bread, milk, marmalade, etc. are free of charge and always avaliable for guests! So I can say the breakfast as well as supper is included.Very helpful stuff! They will give you a map and show you all around.

Disliked: No lift, however I talk to a landlord I own huge and heavy luggage - he gave me a room in the ground flor (even though it was a room for four, there was only two of us).

Liked: A very stylish place! Staff are cool and interesting people! The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, milk and tea served whole day long.You get good tips to explore the city and the night from the lovely stuff! I lover the view from the terrace over the city!

Liked: Weird story here... ending with a huge thumbs up for this place. I booked here only to get an email the next day saying they were sorry but they were actually full. 3 weeks later when I actually arrived in Granada, I accidently checked the wrong email upon arrival and ended up coming here instead of the place I actually was booked to stay. Maria was SO HELPFUL! She brought us in, tried calling the place we were supposed to stay to confirm our reservation there (since I speak very little Spanish) and to get directions. When she couldn't get a hold of them at first, she brought us up to their balcony/terrace where she offered us drinks and let us use their internet while we waited / relaxed out of the heat for about an hour. I'm so impressed, I will definitely try to stay here again when I return to Granada.
