Liked: the staff were really helpful and as they were quiet they upgraded us to a room with an ensuite. they helped us find our way around and made sure we knew where they could be found if we needed them, etc. the location was good, close to the train station and near a grocery store and a bus stop.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Helpful and pleasant managers. Any requests attended to promptly. Clean, safe and secure.

Disliked: Room tended to be dark because of how the facility was laid out. Could periodically smell cigarette smoke, presumably from the other residents.

Liked: It's so cheap I was in Private, it was so comfortable. And it was cheap.

Disliked: When I took the bath, the hot water suddenly stopped...I tried many times to get hot water, I couldn't and I washed my head by cold water.

Liked: Extremely helpful host, with a lot of information where and how to go in Granada!

Disliked: Single ensuite - bathroom is at the end of the corridor - separate from the room

Liked: I liked the size of the room. Nice and spacious. The owner/manager was a wonderful man and helpful about all things we asked about.

Disliked: The room was a little loud on the street. We could actually hear the guy snorring in the next room.

Liked: Staff was really friendly. The guy helped us planning our next day, showing everything in the map, printing our tickets for Alhambra and everything.

Liked: Cheap, clean, rooms were big, free internet, helpful staff, good location, diffinately value for money

Disliked: no breakfast, showerhead needed fixing and the thin walls, but none of this would stop me reccommending it.

Liked: The hostel manager gave us helpful tips to get tickets to La Alhambra (In fact, i was the first to get a ticket). Cheap private rooms and very nice location

Liked: The pension was in a good central position. The room was clean and the owner welcoming and very helpful.

Liked: The owner was very nice and helpful. He gave us a map of the city and basically told us how to get anywhere we wanted and how much it would cost by taxi or bus and was accurate. The rooms were appropriate for our need, small but completely functional. Close to all shopping and not far from the bus station, could probably walk but only about a 6 euro cab ride.

Disliked: It was very easy to hear neighbors and hard for the taxi driver to find.

Liked: The owner is absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable! He gave us great directions and made us feel very welcome. We had a balcony which is always lovely :) Free wifi and computer terminal to use. Pretty central and nice park and fountains to lounge nearby in the mid day heat.

Disliked: There's only a microwave as facilities but it's a pension not a hostel so there's no problem. We took a taxi which took us directly but if walking you might miss it on the street.

Disliked: Very noisy .. not due traffic .. if somebody do something in the room close to you you hear it strongly.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and for the price it was an awesome stay. The rooms are large and even though it was a shared bathroom we only had to share with two other people.The room had a fan and was in a great location, and i felt like my stuff was very safe.

Disliked: There isn't a kitchen, but that is the only drawback.

Liked: GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!!! The location was brilliant, we walked everywhere... The couple who run the place were lovely and so helpful.. not the best english but we made do... The room was great, nothing too flash and had everything we needed.

Disliked: No Soap - but my silly fault for not bring any (sigh)

Liked: The property was reasonably priced and location was great. It is near the main thoroughfares, and is in fact located in one of the main streets of Granada. Touristic areas are within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is also well-organized and very neat. Honestly, I was surprised in a positive way when I saw the hotel. I was expecting a dark crampy place given the rate I paid per night but I was led to a room totally the opposite. The man at the reception was so warm and helpful. His tips on how to go around the city helped me plan my tour. Though there was no airconditioning in the, the room I stayed in was well ventilated. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and if ever I am going to go back to Granada, I will definitely be staying in this hotel again.
