Liked: great location, lots of stuff going on in the hostel and the immidiate area

Disliked: the rooms werent exactly clean and there were no lockers. on the other hand its a hostel. unless i got a very good reccomendation somewhere else i would surely stay there again

Liked: Staff was very willing to help and gave us a tapas tour, which was awesome.

Disliked: Tight space and relatively hard to follow directions on how to get there. The website mentions bus routes to take but we were mislead to get off at the bus station rather than the train station because we were not informed on where to get off the bus. Perhaps more descriptive directions would be helpful. Also, if one is in a group of 3 or more, it is probably more cost effective to take a cab and that would be worth mentioning.

Liked: Everything about my stay at Oasis was awesome. The large common areas make it really easy to meet other backpackers and there are tours leaving from the lobby throughout the day every day. It made Granada feel that much better!

Disliked: Nitpicking, but I found the shower in my room very small.

Liked: Cheap bar, cheap dinner, free tours, free spanish lessons... happy hour (all day for Canadian on Canada Day!), staff is helpfull, 1 toilet for two room, nice location, clean, etc, nice kitchen, breakfast included

Disliked: I had difficulty with the wifi, but there were three computer available

Liked: Friendly atmosphere and always someone around to talk to. Book ahead in peak season because it was full during my stay.

Disliked: Be prepared for a short walk uphill with your bags when you arrive. It's not far, just had work in the heat!

Liked: Fantastic place to stay. Great location, friendly and helpfull staff. The decor of the hostel is really nice too. The hostel organises many events (tapas tour, dinner in the hostel) so it is very easy to make friends if you are travelling alone. Great bar, great music and great sangria! I would definitely recommend this place. Keep up the good work guys!

Disliked: No air conditioning in the room was the only problem, although there was a fan. Also, there were some problems with WiFi internet but you could use the internet on the hostel computers instead.

Liked: Oasis have Many interesting activities like local tour . Helpful and Friendly people . Great location just in the old town .Transportation to bus is really convenient.

Disliked: Too few bathrooms. A little bit noisy at night .

Liked: Location was good. Room was decent with big drawers under the bunks for bags. Bathroom for each room was nice. Kitchen was great and breakfast too. Loved the pancakes!!

Disliked: Had a terrible exerience with another guest (and unfortunately roomate) who urinated out into the common area from up above, I was below. I informed the staff that something had happened and they found out what it was, but did NOTHING about it. I lost all respect for the staff after that point.

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful! Located in an arab town of Granada which was very pleasant! The hostel itself was clean and I really enjoyed my stay!

Liked: I loved the location and the house where the hostel is...Close to an extremely charming neighbourhood with a lot of arabian cafes and shops!Close to Alhambra and really clean! I loved the free drink and also the terrace!Amazing hostel!

Disliked: The light could be better in the rooms...also the curtain of my bathroom was always falling off!But it was not a really problem

Liked: About a 1km walk from the train station and easy enough to find just off the main road. Would be a good hike from the bus station though so catch a local bus if you're arriving there. The hostel itself is in a nice traditional Spanish building. Rooms are nice and spacious and they have lockable storage units under the bunk beds. The free tours on offer are also excellent!

Disliked: I'm being picky here: * A lot of noise to be had if you're looking for an early night. Music and the outside area gets shut down from midnight though. A lot of noise travels through the doors to the adjoining rooms too. * The shower in the room I stayed in (room no. 3) was very tiny (less than 1m squared), but otherwise okay. * Lack of reading lights per bunk.

Liked: Only the other travellers..

Disliked: Really small dorm rooms. The whole hostel smells dirty. All of the staff I met were slow and could not understand English; and they didn't know their work. They did not help us at all; I called them on phone (because of the 24-h cancellation rule) to cancel a night, and I was supposed to get my money back when I came back to the hostel. The whole prosess took almost 45 minutes because of their bad English and because they couldn't find the note about my cancellation. When I asked for padlocks they simply said; "you need to buy that yourself!" Really a huge lack of good-will here and that made my stay such a bad experience that I decided to find another place. The only good thing about the hostel is the crowd of travellers (I don't include the staff here...) and the rooftop. Sorry, but not enough.

Liked: Best location, clean, nice staff, quite good breakfast and good beds, what else a hostel needs? Besides that, nice atmosphere, lots of nice people, and a lot of nice trips organised from the hostel

Disliked: Only minus is the Andalucian way of (not) organising things. they are out of towels half of the time, out of earplugs all the time and a promised tour gets organised the very moment a group of people are about to go on it, not a few seconds before that. But that way of living the moment and not planning for the next, fits in Granada, you should never be in a hurry in Granada, because everything can be done later

Liked: I liked all the fun stuff they had going on during my stay. I also liked the bar, it was great to have a drink or two in the evening and meet some really nice fun people.

Disliked: Not much

Liked: good location, had lots of activities organised such as the walking tour which was really good.

Disliked: I guess the room with the couches was a little small but they sort of make up for this by having a bar and big area with tables near the kitchen.

Liked: This was a beautiful hostel. Location is awesome and the staff is really nice. There is a great bar and lot of activities you can do. The rooms are wonderful and spacious. Great kitchen!!!
