Liked: an ok hotel, not a hostel, no common area to sit nor kitchen. no towels or bathmat in our en suite. smokers in the corridor outside our room which meant we could smell the smoke in our room. Noisy guests at night. Jose very helpful with letting us use internet when we couldn't find a wifi hotspot nor internet cafe open.

Liked: The hostel is centrally located close to the cathedral and within an easy walk of shopping, bars and places to eat. The room was small and the en-suite had a particularly very small shower (would be difficult for the large or claustrophobic). However the room was clean, warm and perfectly adequate for a base.The hostel was generally quiet (we didn't see other guests), although when people arrived back at night the staircase was noisy.The is no parking at the hostel, but it is possible to park at public car parks within a short (15min) distance of the hostel. We used Severo Ochoa. It is possible to drive to near the hostel, but the street are narrow and confusing!

Liked: This hostel was clean, neat and warm. The budget price was reflected in the simplicity of the facilities but the sheets were clean, the mattress was comfortable, everything worked and the beds were made every morning. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They also took the time to give some information on the best places to eat and the best sights to see Granada. Help was available around the clock and always given with a smile.It was a quiet place and would not be the best place to meet people and party but that doesn't really matter because the location is central and it's Spain - so partying happens on the streets every night anyway!

Liked: I already knew people in Granada and just wanted a nice clean private room to come back to, so AAE Hostel Sevilla was the perfect quiet hostel.

Liked: Our host was very friendly and willing to help us with directions. The location of the hostel was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the "old city," the train station and buses. Considering that the police station was just down the street, this hostel felt very safe as well as being quiet.
