From Malaga airport, follow the signs to Almeria along the E15/A340 to Caleta de Velez and Algarrobbo, just east of Torre del Mar. To stock up on supplies, call in at the Eroski supermarket near Velez Malaga - on the right of the motorway. Follow the road through Sayalonga to Competa. Park in the car park opposite Como Como supermarket and walk to the main square (Plaza Almijara). C/Carreteria is just off the square by the wine shop.

There are three buses per day to the village. See www.iberacal.com for details. Alternatively you can take a taxi. Please ask for details.
