The hotel offers quality and tradition in the Sevillian Aljarafe. The hotel was transformed into a country cottage, and in a Hotel nowadays and is just 6 km from Seville center, with all the amenities of a category Hotel and preserving all the charm and style of its past.

La Hacienda San Ygnacio is a charming Country House Hotel full of History that embodies the tradition, hospitality, aesthetic genius, and harmony of life that characterizes Seville… and just 6 km. from the city center!!.

La Hacienda San Ygnacio was built in a refurbished Jesuita Monastery and transformed into a country cottage in the XIX century. As a hotel it has preserved the architecture, decoration and enchantment of the old times: Andalucian Patios, glazed tiles, mosaics, wood beams, white walls. Any alteration in this building has been done respecting the structure and rustic atmosphere of the typical Andalucian style.

This has not prevented La Hacienda San Ygnacio from being a 3 star Hotel that offers all the services and amenities of a Hotel of its class.

La Almazara is a restaurant installed in the former olive-mill that preserves the old original vaulted ceilings and big windows, what makes of it the perfect typical place full of enchant where you can enjoy our delicious specialties in Vasc and Andalucian cuisine, or if you prefer, you can also try in our bar the typical tapas, portions and wines from the area

The restaurant is also provided with big lounges for events: The “Salón Azahar” (up to 200 people), the “Comedor Familiar”(up to 20 people), and during the summer nights.
