it is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. Any cancelations made after this time (up to the day of arrival) will be charged the first night's accommodation. All cancelations or changes must be made by email. DURING SPECIAL SEASON ALL RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Our special season in all our establishments is Holy Week (Semana Santa) and the Carnival. Reservations for these events will be charged in full upon confirming the reservation and are non-refundable if cancelled. For bookings of the group of more than 15 person you have to contact the Hostelbookers groups department to require the special conditions and personal confirmation for the group. Otherwise the reservation won't be accepted.
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival (local time). Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.

*Please note reception hours are 9am until 11:30pm (23:30). For all arrivals after 23:30 you must send us an email a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival in order to make any possible arrangements.
DURING SPECIAL SEASON THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED. Our special season is for Semana Santa and for Carnival,
Feria de Jerez, and during these periods there will be no cancellations allowed.
We offer you Dorms of 4 and 6 beds with shared bathroom and private rooms with shared bathrooms to suit a wider range of travelers, all at good rates!
There is also a common area to hang around and meet new people.
It is possible to cancel the reservation 24 hours before the check in (14:00) on the day of arrival. All cancellations made after this time but before arrival will be charged for the first night of the stay.
During the special seasons reservations cannot be cancelled. Our special seasons are during the Carnival of Cádiz
