Less than five minutes walk away you will reach the impressive Museum of Human Evolution which showcases many of the remains of prehistoric man and has been designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, as has Burgos’ Cathedral. After about five minutes walking you will find the famous Gothic cathedral in Burgos and the futuristic museum of human evolution, which exhibit the findings of the Atapuerca, of paramount importance for the study of the origin of man.
