Liked: This was the nicest hostel I have stayed in. Fresh towels and linens, tv and super Clean! No one really spoke English but my broken Spanish got by.

Disliked: So far from eveything! The directions say by walk it's an hour and it's by worth if u have to pee or carry your bags. Take bus 18 or 85 and it sort of goes to no mans land but it's only 15 min by bus

Liked: I liked that, even though I was alone, a doble room was given to me without charging the full-double price... Almost every hostel adopts this policy but not this: that's simply good!

Disliked: Every time I book a stay in a hostel I do expect that something for breakfast have to be served to the visitors (however poor it may be)... In this case, the fact that breakfast was not included represents a point of disadvantage.

Liked: The place is very close to the train station and has free WIFI and television. The room felt pretty cozy. We felt at home pretty quickly. The place is small with not many rooms so it stays nice and quiet. It's also very safe.

Disliked: The worst part about this place is the heating. I believe they only turn the heat on at night. It isn't sufficient heat even when it's on.. But by the time morning came, I was a popsicle and there weren't extra blankets in the room. It was freezing every morning in the room. Also, there's not typically anyone at the front desk.

Liked: The location of hostel was close to my proposed iternary.

Disliked: Nobody knows english here. I was to leave room at 5 pm as agreed by the owner after check out and initially agreed by the owner however at sharp 12 o clock the staff ask me to remove luggage saying some else is occupaying room,which nobody infact since I was present in the lobby for few hours.

Liked: Petite pension agréable pour une ou deux nuit, rapport qualité/prix intéressant.

Disliked: La pension se trouve assez loin du centre de Bilbao,un peu moins de 10min en voiture, ce qui est gênant pour sortir le soir ou simplement la journée si l'on est à pied.

Liked: free internet (even though the pc was "prehistoric" and not well working) and wifi, possible to park car right in front of the housing, very nice bathroom, machine for hot drinks and snacks

Liked: I didn't have time to check into the hotel before I went out for the night, and luckily they called me to make sure I knew that there was no receptionist after midnight. I took a taxi from the casco viejo (about 10 minutes and about 15€, although the Renfe cercanía train goes right to the hostel & runs all night too) and grabbed my keys from a really nice man. Also, the wifi worked which was a plus. The walls, like in every Spanish hostel, were super thin, so I got to hear a British couple's goofy breakfast conversation. ha!

Liked: OK if your just staying for a night or two and have company. Its a little out of the city but a short train ride on the metro (About 25 meters away).If you have a room that comes off reception area then you'll most likely have a disturbed nights sleep.

Liked: It's a cheap hotel not hostel. Rooms for 2 people, clean and safe. It's not exactly in bilbao but there are buses running from bilbao centre (only until 23.00!). Very good choice for this money but it's far from centre.

Liked: This place is far to Bilbao center. But it is so close to public transportation. ou cant go by walking you have to get on a public transportation. The person who are working very helpful. They don't know English. I could not see the reseptionist and anybody can inform about cityIf you want to have a room and left your bagage (if you have important things in it This place could not be safe) this is enought Ant for 16 person there is only 1 bathroomFor 1 night this could be niceBy the way at the early of the morning the location of this city have awful smell of industry

Liked: the rooms are clean and big enough for a 1-2 night stay, the placement in the city could be better, as the Bilbao is quite confusing when not using public transport and in this quarter it's very loud at night.to me it's a big fat minus that no one of the staff speaks anything else than spanish (or was it even basque?). makes it quite hard to communicate not to speak of asking where to find something.

Liked: value for money, but you spend the extra time and money getting there... no one speaks english, yes i know we are in Spain, but kinda weird for a lady on the front desk. managable though, just dont forget to print off your booking!!!!

Liked: The area is quite a way out of the city centre and a little dodgy (wouldn't want to walk around at night alone)... Room was clean and comfortable and bathrooms attended to well. Metro is quick but get return or daypasses as can get pricey.
