Liked: What I didn´t like: The location is not such a good area of town and pretty distant from everything in the city. I paid a deposit when I made the reservations, but when I arrived, they couldn´t find my reservation. They gave me a nice room, but charged me the full price without deducting my deposit, so in reality, I paid 9.20 euros more than the normal charge for the room for 1 night.

Liked: Great value for money. Close to metro, restaurants and shops in a pleasant area a few minutes metro ride from center Bilbao.

Liked: It was very clean, the owners are very nice, they have WiFi and internet, which is great, and the bathrooms are nice. They also upgraded me to a double with a bathroom.

Liked: Train station round the corner. Security great - 3 keys to get in to the hotel feels safe.

Liked: i liked the private room, it was nice and quiet, which we needed after a long day of travelling! The staff was very helpful and extremely rfiendly, even though we did not speak the same language. It was a short ride on the metro from the city center, and was clean and secure.

Liked: staff didn't speak much English but they were really nice and helpful--let us store our luggage in the room and take showers even though we got there several hours before check-in.

Liked: I liked the price, but it's located outside of bilbao. It's only a 10 minute train ride, but is still a hassle because you either have to return for the last train or take a taxi if you plan on staying out late. Also, there is not staff at the hostel during the night, so if you need help they are not available. However, for the price, the rooms are clean, so I'd probably do it again.
