Customer reviewStaff were kind enough to let me checkin early in the morning upon my arrival and allowed to wait in the lobby whilst waiting for an overnight bus. The room smelt of smoke eventhough the rooms are non-smoking. |

Customer reviewIt was in a good location and had lots of rooms. However, I found the decor very strange. The corridors and rooms were all painted grey and black and had strip lighting. It was a bit odd. However, they had a free computer to use for 30mins which was good. |

Customer reviewThe staff were very friendly and while it is not in the best of areas, the beautiful old town of Bilbao is around 5 minutes walk away, really not as bad as people are stating location wise, just need to keep wits around you. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. |
