Liked: The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.This hotel is really nice and is well priced. The location is in the old city of Bilbao, which is a good place to stay. I will come bach ther :-)))

Liked: Spotless, quiet, very friendly staff. Big comfortable beds, maximum water pressure in shower, and location superb for going out at night, though a little bit of a walk from the musuems and bus station - however the EuskiTrain (a tram) was a cool way to see a bit of the city.

Liked: Quiet, clean, friendly. The location was great, and the price was good for the services and facilities provided. The only negative was the ridiculous amount of stairs that you need to climb to reach the third floor.
