Liked: The hostel was good on all counts but the noise levels from the street were bad. There were roudy drinkers shouting all night from the bars directly below the room even though the room was three stories above street level. The balcony overlooking the street was lovely and the staff were friendly and did warm us of "some noise" when I asked them about the bars.

Liked: I wouldn't consider this as a hostal. It's like a real hotel, big clean rooms, cleaned every day. Extreme helpfully staff. The location is superbe. Surely the best place to stay in Bilbao.

Liked: Great location, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Huge room with a balcony and very clean. Would stay there again. If you have a lot of luggage you had better be strong as its up a few flights of stairs. Otherwise great!

Liked: Very good location, little noisy at weekends, but very clean and the staff really friendly. No free car parking in miles around except on saturday afternoon and sunday.
