Liked: Very central and easy to find. Only problem was climbing all the stairs with your luggage. Otherwise a great spot.

Liked: Great value, great location. The rooms are basic but very tidy and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended for a budget trip to Bilboa.

Liked: Plusses:The central location was perfect and the individual helpfulness of the staff was perfect. It was also acceptably clean and well-maintained.Mins:It is a hostel so a lift is perhaps a bit much, but the quantity and steepness of the steps was extreme. The physical desk system is a bit primitive; it must be possible to automate some of the handlings.The 'menu' was primitive; not even a coffee machine.'Tourist Information' was not very structural, relied on the helpfulness of the staff. That was very good, but could have been less so.

Liked: Really friendly staff very helpful and the location of the hotel is excellent. Few probs- no lift so if you dont mind walking 3 flights of stairs it's ok. The sound proofing isn't brilliant either but the area it is in isn't noisy.

Liked: Great staff! Pretty clean and good sized rooms. Most of the the staff poke English and were very helpful in where to go to eat and drink etc, but some did not speak English at all and this was a bit difficult in some situations. The wireless internet didn't work in either of the rooms we stayed in. Also, the stairs to get up to the hostel go forever. Hope you don't have a lot of luggage.

Liked: staff were really nice and helpful. rooms clean. excellent location. only disadvantage was that it was a tiny bit noisy, but that's just cause it's right in the middle of everything. would definitely recommend staying here.

Liked: very clean, cosy, friendly, good taste furnished little hotel. perfect location in the old centre of the town. nice and helpful English speaking staff, really cheap for the conditions and intimate atmosphere you get. We definitely recommend it !!!!
