Liked: The property is located in a great place. It is in the city center and there are different bars where you can enjoy the evening. Staff is helpul and nice. There is a computer with internet access and the common room is confortable: internet access, TV and sofas.

Disliked: Not enough hot water. Our water heater was in our bathroom and it is quite small so that we did not have enough hot water.

Liked: Great location and nice staff

Disliked: NO HEAT! The rooms were freezing and there was no heat. There was one tiny space heater that did not really work. The hairdryer and television in the room also did not work.

Liked: comfortable beds, location is great

Disliked: very noisy from street below until early hours of morning, walls very thin, staff not very helpful - overall has potential but they need to get better sound proof windows - bring earplugs!

Liked: This hostel is nice and very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are facilities, internet, vending machines. It is very centric and transport are very near.

Disliked: For persons with physical disability it is difficult to access because there is no elevator and the hostel it is on the 3rd floor and there are lots of steps to climb. Otherwise it is a fantastic hostel.

Liked: Excellent location in heart of old town, clean and spacious room, fantastic value for money and friendly staff

Liked: I really like the location of the hostel - exactly in the heart of the old town. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and very clean. There was a TV in our room, too:)

Liked: Brilliant location very close to the train stations and in a lovely area of Bilbao. The lady on reception was extemely helpful, internet access was really useful too. The rooms look a little tired but are clean and more than adequate. Its more like a hotel than a hostel. As a single female traveller i felt safe and would definately stay there again. (The stairs are a good workout too!)

Liked: We had a lovely large room with a balcony overlooking the street below.

Disliked: Hostel on the 4th floor and there was no lift, difficult with children.
