Overview
This building has an excellent location, offering easy access for tourists, as well as a garden and pool area for your enjoyment during your stay in our accommodation.
There is a common laundry room and food and drinks vending machines and in addition to this, the building has a 24-hour concierge service that allows us to attend to all of your needs. The building has 13 floors and 42 apartments. Each apartment has a living-dining room, open-plan kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. They are completely furnished. You will find all the necessary services to meet your needs over the course of your holidays.

From June to September there will be a charge of 20% as a deposit which will not be refunded. During the whole year there will be a charge of 150 Euros which will be refunded at the end of the stay if the apartment is in good conditions. Note that you can NOT Check in without paying this amount.
