15 October 2009	Customer review The staff is extremly friendly, the are more than happy to assist in any matters you might have. They also sell tickets for the local theme parks - buy it there, you get a discount (for Terra Mitica it was € 10) there and you dont need to queue.	90%

16 September 2009	johannes postmes Hotel Iris is a good low budget hotel near the center of Benidorm. The management is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and complete with bathroom and television. I can recommend it for a holliday in Benidorm.	95%
