This 1 star hotel is situated in the centre of Benidorm only a short distance from the beach, shopping centre and nightlife. Rooms are simple with full en suite bathrooms and balconies. The bus stop is near the hotel and serves Terra Mítica and Terra Natura.

Situated in the centre of Old Town, just 5 minutes walk from Levante beach and 2 minutes walk from a string of English pubs and the main shopping centre. All the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, TV and balcony. Rooms equipped with heating and air-conditioning available on request. Two bedroom fully furnished apartment with kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room with french doors leading to the balcony. Situated 3 minutes walk from Levante beach in the Rincon de Loix area. The building has swimming pool and parking.

Avenida Mediterraneo, 27 (Mediterraneo Apartment):
1 bedroom first floor fully furnished apartment, sleeps 4 with large all round balcony, situated 2 mins walk from Levante Beach. Living/dining room with french doors leading to a large balcony. Kitchen and Shower room. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, shopping centres, chemists, KFC, restaurants, bars and nigthclubs, bus stop, sandy beach, all just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Golf course 4 km, railway station "Benidorm" 3 km.

Levante beach is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and a bus stop 2 minutes walk with buses every 5 minutes heading towards other areas of the city, Aqualand, Mundomar, Terra Natura and Terra Mítica. Taxi rank is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Other places of interest are: Altea, Calpe, Guadalest, the Algar fountains and the Canalobre caves.
