Liked: I stayed here 3 times. It has a great location and there are plenty of people to meet.

Disliked: The showers have only curtains and on several occasions the curtains blew open as people walk past and they see me naked which I don't like. How much does a door cost seriously? The rooms smell and my iPhone was stolen when I was asleep. The breakfast is low quality but sufficient. There are no quiet places to study or read in this hostel. There is no place to go before 8am as they lock the common room. There are not enough power points and the Internet is dial-up speed but free. The staff were rude but I found one of them to be polite.

Liked: Great views . Very, very clean. Excellent free breakfast. Safe and secure.

Disliked: The dorm room is a little crowded. My bed (604-2) was by the door which is too noisy. Its a huge property and impersonal.

Liked: Nice hostel, good atmosphere, very close to Las Ramblas. Breakfast served was good, reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Towels and cover sheets had to be paid for. Need more suggestions for specific restaurants/bars.

Liked: The breakfast is good. Facilities are clean. And it so cheap.

Disliked: The staffs are unfriendliness. I felt that this hostel was too standardized. If you want to keep your luggage in this hostel, you have to pay the fee.

Liked: Hostel is on very good location. I had opportunity to put my bicycle in hostel. We had nice breakfast and coffee in the morning. Internet and TV were also available ... It was good ...

Disliked: Noise guests. But hostel is not guilty because of that

Liked: great location, free and good breakfast, lots of ppl, free walking tour from the hostel every morning.....

Disliked: wifi was kinda broken or something, the guy at the front desk was unfriendly about getting my 1 small can of beer into the building, and few hours later common room was ful of drunken ppl drinking their own alcohol (from the store, you can buy some at the hostel there is a bar open thu-sun)

Liked: big hostel, lot of people and a big common room which is nice. The breakfast is good also. There is a bar which I liked! The location is perfect! The staff was helpful, the night guy was really nice to help one of our friend who was sick!!

Disliked: The night were expensives but it's barcelona so there's nothing really cheap! The bathrooms could be cleaned more often since a lot of people pass there in one day!

Liked: Awesome location, 24 hour reception and extremely safe, great breakfast!

Disliked: Some of the staff wasn't exactly the most helpful and it isn't the cleanest hostel either.

Liked: I liked the breakfast: corn-flakes, toast, cocoa, tea, fruit, juice, and pre-packaged muffins and biscuits. The hostel is kept at a reasonable temperature. The wifi does not get overloaded so you can actually check your e-mail. The facilities were VERY clean. The walking tours were worth my time.

Disliked: I dislike paying for blankets. One set of sheets and one blanket should be given as part of the hostel price, at least during the winter.

Liked: Central location for sightseeing. Walking tour pickup point. Clean rooms with own heater for winter. Breakfast with choice of beverages. Kitchen facilities though there are only 3 bowls available and limited plates & cutlery for 400 guests.

Disliked: Top sheet and towel costs 2€ each.

Liked: Very good location, on the main street of passeig de gracia so it is very easy to get to anywhere.

Disliked: I did not like the shower taps as I have to keep pushing it every few minutes else the water goes off and when it's switched on, it's cold. Also, the location of the room sockets it's very unstrategically placed next to the bathroom door on the floor. There is no mat and floor is constantly wet.

Liked: The location's great. Right next to Casa Battlo.

Disliked: A little bit too commercialized. As there were a lot of people staying there, the staff could not be very attentive to everyone. The bed was quite uncomfortable. I woke up having a backache both nights.
