Liked: Big dorms with air conditioning. The bar and common room was a cool place to hang. Nice terrace. Right next to the metro station. Good location within the shopping district.

Disliked: The staff weren't the most helpful when asking for advice on what to do and where to go. No wifi in the rooms. No internet included. Overcrowded at times when trying to use the kitchen and going to the desk at reception. Some of the nights out organised by the hostel weren't very organised. The cost to stay was a bit overpriced.

Liked: The staff were really helpful. When we first arrived there was a little bit of a mix up but they fixed it up so quickly and were very apologetic about it. The rooms were quite nice, i stayed in a 4 bed dorm and a 12 bed dorm and they were both good. The free breakfast was basic was good.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: If you want to have fun, it is good place to stay. Actually If you want to have fun, you don't stay at night at the hostel =)

Disliked: Staff could have allowed us to stay at the guest room until the check-in. But they didin't. Due to the staff, our €500 have been stolen outside.

Liked: The breakfast was good with various juices and cappacinos as well as cereal and toast.

Disliked: Internet only free for 20 mins. Breakfast finishes at 10am. Check out at 10 Kitchen was tiny and closed at 10pm Internet could not be accessed after midnight

Liked: Great atmosphere, cool building, bar, multiple lounges, free internet, excellent location.

Disliked: Charge for top sheets.

Liked: Location location location!! The atmosphere is great there, the staff are helpful, the security is great, and the bar upstairs is a great place to meet new people!

Disliked: Sometimes there was a queue at reception!

Disliked: Very noisy at night with people playing music and talking outside bedroom door, also could hearall the waterpipes from showers toilets etc. Staff don't seem too happy toanswer questions.

Liked: This hostel is the best I have EVER been to! I had my things stollen and the manager personally helped me out more than anyone else. Thanks again guys. Amazing hostel peeps, really. Just try it, You wont regret!

Liked: location is perfect. great place to meet people from different countries. it was a lot more than i expected. i will stay again for sure.

Liked: The location was perfect! We we're right in the middle of all the action!

Disliked: I was not aware that blankets and locks were not included with the nightly rate. That would have been good to know before arriving.

Liked: Great location with lots of stores and easy metro access. Storage lockers in the rooms and kept very clean.

Disliked: Breakfast should go later than 10pm.

Liked: The location is perfect! Great street, lots of shopping and restaurants. The common room was great, and the whole place was very colorful. There are lockers in the room for each person, which is useful. The rooms are secure, as you need a key to open the door.

Disliked: The beds were very rickety and cheap, along with the mattresses. They were uncomfortable and creaky. Also, the hostel is very large, but the toilets and shower facilities are very cramped. Another bad point was that they only give you 20 minutes of free internet on their computers, then you have to pay.
