Our new house is located in the really authentic district of Horta, one of the most charming areas of Barcelona. Just five minutes from Metro Horta, allows guests to move easily throughout the city and reach the most important tourist attractions.
If you are looking for a nice clean place to stay by yourself, with your family, or friends this is your place.At the same time, you can also meet people from all over the world and make friends, or just have a nice coonversation.
Only a 15 minute walk to the famous "Park Guell" designed by architect Antoni Gaudi, where you can see his only residence. at 10 minute walk from the Park "El Laberinto" a hidden treasure in this beautiful neighborhood.
We are located very close to the campus of “Universidad Autonoma of Barcelona" Campus Mundet, in case you need accomodation while you searching for a room or apartment in Barcelona.

The atmosphere and staff are very warm and welcoming. We offer many amenities for visitors’ comfort, including a spacious TV. lounge, computers with free Wi-Fi internet, two beautiful terraces with tables to enjoy eating outdoors, a room for luggage storage and personal lockers.

**Cancellation terms: cancellations are accepted only by mail, 48 hours before the day of the reservation

NOTE: For bookings arriving from 1st November 2012, there is a 0.75 EUR city tax per person per night, which is not included in the price. People under 17 years old are exempt. The rate applies to a maximum of 7 nights stay per person. This has to be paid on arrival
