MelonDistrict is the largest student residence hall in Barcelona, besides being a new concept in student and tourist accommodation, located very close to the street Marina. MelonDistrict offers both double and twin bed rooms for daily stays, with a private bathroom, a cooking lounge to cook, socialize and relax, and a rooftop pool to enjoy the Barcelona climate during the summer. MelonDistrict also offers parking for cars and motorcycles. The multicultural environment of this place is a result of the international students who live in MelonDistrict for long periods of time.

Melon District has double rooms with either one double bed or two twin beds. All the rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, flat screen television, shelves, closet, free safe and free internet connection by cable. There are also studios available equipped with their own kitchen. Towels and sheets are included and a weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 6 nights or longer.

Location Information

Melon District Marina is located in the 22@ district, two minutes away from subway stop L1 Marina, which is on the same line as Pl. Catalunya and Pl. España, where the Fira of Barcelona (Barcelona’s main exhibition center) is located. The residence is also very close to the famous Sagrada Familia and Barcelona’s beaches
