Liked: Near to the L1 metro and Aerobus stop.Dia shop, and multi-language ATM are in the corner.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: I liked the location, the kindness of the staff

Disliked: Our room was a little claustrophobic, there was only a small window. TV in the room didn't work and the shower was obstructed because of the hair of previuos clients.

Liked: free wifi and a large kitchen. I also really liked that there was music in the common areas which made for a lively atmosphere. The staff was nice and helpful.

Disliked: No laundry facilities

Liked: Good location, next to supermarket and metro station. Quite safe area.

Disliked: 1. Room lay out is bad, toilet has no ventilation, shower area unacceptable no space to put any toiletries, shower area is see through--NOT for friend come together they will see you in negged!!!. 2. I stay 5 night, no daily cleaning except changing bed sheet and towel on the last day (why last day??) 3. We booked this hostel because we need kitchen, but kitchen is on another floor. We have to carry everything up-down.

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast cereal. Cheery Catalan cleaners.

Disliked: Being in a room facing the street, the noise made it difficult to sleep at times.

Liked: Excellent kitchen and amazing shower. Haridryer and internet available.

Disliked: It was about a 15 minute walk from the main sqare. A nice walk though. I would definitely recommend this place.

Liked: The design was very homey. Had a room with a balcony which was very nice. The kitchen was a great bonus with cereal and really good muesli and teas.

Disliked: There were some essential problems: The matress in our room was terrible. You could feel every spring pushing up against you and the two sides were not even so one kept sliding into the other. Also, the water temperature in the shower only goes up to 38 degrees celsius which is hot, but in winter it won't be hot enough (wasn't how enough for me) and there is weak water pressure. Also the water in the shower just kind of piled up at your feet and didn't go down. Finally, we were on the "fourth floor" which is really the fifth floor and is A LOT of stairs.

Liked: It was right next to a train station and walking distance to La Ramblas and other sites. Supermarket is just around the corner and there is a second one just down the road from that. The room is a decent size. Bathrooms are relatively clean. Kitchen has all necessary facilities. Has a little bit of a homely feel to it.

Disliked: Things constantly stopped working. Internet on the main computer never worked for our entire stay. WiFi continuously cut out and only ever really worked good in the lobby. The oven in the kitchen stopped working really stuffing up our dinner plans. Staff were not helpful or friendly at all!!! Reception only open from 9 - 9pm. Bugs throughout the kitchen!!! Lots of stairs to climb to get to your floor. Bedroom door didn't always lock properly. No lockers.

Liked: safe location, nice apartment style of hostel, got to meet cool people. I liked how locals lived in the other apartments in the building.

Disliked: I'm a sensitive sleeper and I thought the walls were kind of thin. I could hear a woman constantly walking around in heels in the apartment above me. I could also hear the other tenants of the hostel apartment stirring and moving around in the morning.

Liked: nice room in a fully equiped apartment 3 blocks away from the main house of barcelonarooms- great kitchen with washing machine and dishwashing-machine. Amazing facilities including hairdryer, iron, ironboard, PC for free use in the living room with internet and wiFi. Digital TV/dvd in common area. Nice quiet terrace to the back. Met nice people there too.
