Liked: Airport shuttle arrives and departs within direct proximity and is quick and easy. Great central location, easy walking distance to old town, city center and las ramblas. We walked to Park Guell by Antonio Gaudi from here, and down to the Waterfront and La Sagrada Familia with ease, enjoying the locals and sights on the way. One bus to the beach from here! Champion of a bus driver directed us to the gay-nudist beach when we asked for directions, lesson learned, jokes on us! Great facilities and friendly, effecient staff. Great value for money hostel.

Liked: Everything. The location, atmosphere, host (Daniel) etc. Only the bedrooms on the front of the building (above the street) are a bit noisy. But Daniel offers you a pair of ear plugs so that was fine :-)

Liked: The staff here are fantastic - Emi was so lovely and helpful. No air conditioning which is difficult in Barcelona but our room had a fan which offered some respite. Only negative was we had booked a private room with an ensuite however the ensuite ended up being only a shower and basin.

Liked: Daniel was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. He allowed us to check in early and we also stored our baggage at no extra cost for the day when we left as our flight was very late. He also told us about the musical fountains and was very helpful. THANKS

Liked: It had a very nice athmosphere and a room with it's own caracter. It's close to the metro station and you have everything you need. Much better than I thought and definetly a place to stay!

Liked: We had a wonderful time and the staff were friendly and honest. Definitely reccomend this to anyone wanting to check out Barcelona for a couple of days. Location is also very central and the place is super secure!

Liked: I liked the atmosphere in this apartment-like hostel. Unfortunately the traffic is very noisy day and night, so earplugs were definitely necessary.

Liked: It was so fresh and bright and our host was extremely friendly and helpful with things to see and do in Barcelona. We felt our things were very secure here. The facilities were fantastic!!!! Location was even better, so close to the metro system and Las Ramblas a short walk away. I will be recommeding this place to al my friends

Liked: Everything was perfect. It was clean, tidy, the location was great and Daniel is amazing - he let us know about heaps of great things to see. Our room even had a jaccuzi in it - great for the muscles after walking 6-9 hours each day! It's about a 15 minute walk to La Rambla, and about a 60 minute walk to Park Guell - definitely worth walking as there's so much to see on the way. If you don't like to walk there is a Metro about 5 minutes walk from hostel. Safe area as well.

Liked: It's hard to say what we enjoyed about the property. Perhaps the proximity to the metro or the wifi(although we did not bring our laptop). The availability of a kitchen might be something to note for those that are planning on cooking.

Liked: This Hostel is a lovely place to stay. The owner is very very friendly and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this place to everybody visiting Barcelona.

Liked: Daniel the owner has designed the place himself and it's gorgeous, he's really thought about everything, colour, light, and there is always music playing in the dining room! He's so nice too and knows everyone's name. Everything is so convenient, right next to Urgell Metro, AIRCON in every room is amazing, and the view from the balcony, wow! Free internet was great too, and just the feeling of actually being at home. I would definitely definitely recommend this to anyone, I just couldn't believe that the price was so reasonable! Everything was always very very clean, esp the kitchen, bathrooms, well everything really. Thank you Daniel! x

Liked: Especially the friendliness of the owner, Daniel. Cool rooms and great location. Everything you could ask for at the hostal including free internet, full-equiped kitchen, securitybox and even you own portable dvd-player. By far the best hostal we have stayed at!

Liked: Great price for the location and the room. Very clean, host extremely helpful - did two loads of washing for us for free. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet at night.
