10 June 2009	Customer review The apartment was fantastic. It was clean, new, and very comfortable. The kitchen contained all modern appliances. There is a flat screen television (no cable), a very large balcony, and a fairly large bathroom. Matthias was great: he helped us with getting situated in the flat; he gave us directions to the sights and to restaurants; he gave us his number in case we needed help with anything. Overall it was a great stay. There is a lovely little falafel place next door on the ground floor. You can smoke shisha outside (thought the restaurant). The location is okay; it too about twenty minutes from the subway into the city. The walk from the subway to the apartment is about seven minutes. The apartment comes highly recommended.	90%

02 June 2009	Customer review The Apartments are very nice, and when I stayed there, they were brand new. Our guy met us there on time and was very very helpful. The only drawback is the location. But for the price, the aprtment is very good.	72%
