Liked: The apartment is in very good condition, well equipped. The staff are helpful and nice. The location is not center, but convenient with metro. There are shops around, so we can easily find the stuff we need.

Disliked: A bit annoyed with the internet connection at first, but on the second day is fine. Moreover, the owner should communicate clearer to avoid idle time waiting for the key.

Liked: Very convenient location. Close to Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, to underground

Disliked: Some felicities were not in the apartment just at arrival, but on request they were provided. Towels and linen were not clean enough

Liked: Everything was really perfect. It's beauty, cleanness, and equipmentIt was much better than introduced in Hostelbookers.com. Additionally, the trace was a lovely place and we prefered to enjoy our dinner and breakfast in it.

Disliked: We had just a tiny problem with the oven. We had a little problem in using it.

Liked: Location close to the fair. 5min to the tube and 15min walking to the fair. Very friendly and helpful staff. New building, with lift and very nice apartments.

Disliked: The Internet connection did work only eventually and stoped working after a day again.

Liked: Excellent apartments and service; everything was just like in the pictures.The location was better than expected - 5 minutes walk to Santa Eulalia train station and from there you can reach the center or the airport very fast. It is not central, but due to the excellent public transportation everything can be reached within 15-30 min.Very good value for money.

Liked: The apartment was fantastic. It was clean, new, and very comfortable. The kitchen contained all modern appliances. There is a flat screen television (no cable), a very large balcony, and a fairly large bathroom. Matthias was great: he helped us with getting situated in the flat; he gave us directions to the sights and to restaurants; he gave us his number in case we needed help with anything. Overall it was a great stay. There is a lovely little falafel place next door on the ground floor. You can smoke shisha outside (thought the restaurant). The location is okay; it too about twenty minutes from the subway into the city. The walk from the subway to the apartment is about seven minutes. The apartment comes highly recommended.

Liked: The Apartments are very nice, and when I stayed there, they were brand new. Our guy met us there on time and was very very helpful. The only drawback is the location. But for the price, the aprtment is very good.
