Liked: I liked the staff-they were very helpful-and the atmosphere was nice. The rooms and bathrooms were also very clean.

Disliked: The location made for some very noisy nights-people were shouting all night long.

Liked: Very clean, helpful staff, very quite and the position is great, 100mt. from the sea and 100mt. from ramblas and cathedral.

Disliked: rooms are small and basic, perfect for tourists who spend a lot of time in the city.

Liked: Location and price are really good. Arif and Ahmjad are very helpful. The place is clean at all times. Our stay was great.

Disliked: Everything is fine with the hostel. Just be aware it is located in a area bustling with tourists, so it can get a little noisy.

Liked: If you're just after a clean bed, clean bathroom, and a place to leave your stuff, then this is the place. Set in an old subdivided apartment in the gothic quarter, Rambla Gothiko provides impeccably clean rooms and shared bathrooms. Staff were very cheerful, and were great for info about Barcelona.

Disliked: My partner and I shared a bunk room. The room was very, very narrow (basically enough space for a bunkbed and a door to open. The room was also very dark. The door onto the small balcony was very tricky to lock, which left me with some doubts as to the security of my belongings, but in the end it was fine.

Liked: location is vey good, hostel looks new, rooms are clean

Disliked: dorm is very small, it was vey cold there during the night, you need to pay 25 euros deposit.

Liked: Really liked the location. (It was really close to La Ramla, a big shoppingcentre, the metro and it was also close to the beach). The staff was lovely! they were so nice and helpfull. They even gave us champagne when we arrived. The room was cosy and really clean and the beds were comfortable, not hard at all! We slept good and had a really good time there! Would definitely go back.

Disliked: Really nothing. maybe that is was kind of hard to find the place cos there wasnt any signs. BUT, the lovely man who worked there was waiting at the door outside the hostel and helped us find it. He also ran to burger king to meet up with some other guest that couldnt find the place. GOOD SERVICE!

Liked: Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff just a phone call away.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike. But for people looking for a party hostel, this is not it.

Liked: Location was brilliant, and the staff were the politest I've ever met!

Disliked: Barcelona is noisy, and the Gothic Quarter very much so. If you are a light sleeper and easily disturbed then I would advise looking to stay in a different neighbourhood, but it suited us down to the ground.

Liked: Great location and extremely friendly! Would definitely go back. A great alternative to the big hostels, especially for young couples.

Disliked: Nothing it was great. Noisy outside but that's just because of the location. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Liked: very close to las ramblas boulevard. very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, and last but not least nice atmosphere. There was even an open balcony.

Disliked: no complaints, except for the fact that it could use better lighting.

Liked: This Hostel is in an amazing location, close to everything you could possibly want- the water, la rambla, great restaurants, and only a couple minutes from the Metro and train station. Also, it was VERY clean and immediately upon our arrival we were welcomed by staff. Staff made sure to wait for us outside to help us get in and to make sure we knew where we were headed. Reif and his colleague mapped out the entire city and what to see which was also very helpful

Disliked: It was a little noisy when we were there because some girls were up all night and the sound travels well.

Liked: We liked the atmosphere, friendly staff, good location. Good infrastructure, actually you can go by feet everywhere.

Disliked: there was a smell of kitchen in the courtyard

Liked: Quiet and secure, bathrooms very clean and adequately sized.

Disliked: Street outside can be rather noisey, but hey, this is Barcelona! Noise is everywhere and isnt always a bad thing.
