Welcome Inn

Located in the heart of Barcelona, just off the famous Ramblas and close to Plaça Catalunya, the Welcome Inn is a comfortable and spacious apartment that will feel like your “home away from home” in Barcelona. It is the perfect place to stay for backpackers, couples or groups of up to 15 people.

Set in a beautiful 19th century modernist building, the Welcome Inn features 5 bright and spacious private rooms (some with en-suite bathrooms), a very pleasant dining & lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare meals.

Thanks to its strategic location, the Welcome Inn is a great starting point for exploring Barcelona, and also offers the quiet and comfort you need to relax after busy days enjoying the city.

The Welcome Inn gives you the independence and the privacy that traditional hotels do not provide. Unlike the majority of hostels or guesthouses, which have a curfew or lock-out, the apartment is accessible 24/7: you are free to come and go whenever you choose.

The Welcome Inn can also be rented whole as a self-catering apartment to groups of up to 15 people, offering the convenience and privacy of having your own place in Barcelona.

The Welcome Inn is “gay-friendly” and within walking distance of the gay district, popularly known as “Gayxample.”

IMPORTANT:
The Welcome Inn is on the 4th floor, and there is no lift. Consequently it may not be suitable for elderly guests or those traveling with young children.

The Welcome Inn is located in the very heart of the city, in a main tourist area. As there are unfortunately many pickpockets, we recommend that you watch your belongings whenever you leave the apartment.

• 1 triple room en-suite (Private bath): 1 double bed + 1 single bed
• 1 room for 4 (2 bunk beds and 2 single beds, with balcony)

Guests can use all the common areas:
• Fully-equipped kitchen (cook top stove, fridge, microwave oven), complete with appliances (coffeemaker, kettle), dishes, cutlery set and all kitchen utensils
• Lounge area with sofa & chairs
• Dining area with a table for 6
• 2 separate bathrooms (in addition to the en-suite bathrooms)

The Welcome Inn is located a few minutes away from the Ramblas, in the heart of Barcelona.

Within 10 minutes by foot are: Plaça Catalunya, the Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter, the Boquería food market, the Liceu opera-house, the Columbus monument, the marina (Port Vell), Barceloneta beach, the MACBA museum (also famous for hosting the SONAR festival and being an international skateboarding haunt), the trendy Born area, the Picasso Museum, the elegant Eixample district (including the gay district, popularly known as “Gayxample”) and Passeig de Gracia.
