Liked: The location was good.

Disliked: The bathrooms were very dirty, especially the womens. there was not place to hang up your clothes in the bathroom and the shower stalls had no locks. there were only 2 toilets for about 75 people. The hostel itself was out of date and was in need of a full remodel. The also charge you for a sheet. the breakfast was terrible. toast and some brusied apples.

Liked: Very great location! Within walking distance of the metro, and also the main street of La Rambla.

Disliked: Hostel didn't provide blankets. You have to pay for it!

Liked: Location, Staff.

Disliked: Breakfast, Value for money.The ground floor was under repair and every morning they began early so it was pretty loud around 9am

Liked: I liked that they had muesli for breakfast, and it's not bad value for its location. All the staff except the manager were really nice. The kitchen is pretty good, and they have a great wifi connection.

Disliked: The manager is very petty, condescending and just tries to get as much money as possible out of you. I had booked for 5 nights, and wanted to stay only 4, but he wouldn't let me cancel even with 4 days notice. Apparently I was meant to have cancelled 48 hours before check-in, but I felt like it wouldn't have bankrupted the hostel to be a little relaxed with that policy. You have to pay 2.50 euros to store your bags after checkout. There was no top sheet or blanket on the beds.

Liked: Good location, liked that there was free internet and breakfast.

Disliked: We were staying for the same number of nights in the same room as friends but were charged 20 Euros more. Even though we paid at the desk at exactly the same time as them. Such a rip off for no reason. Some staff were friendly, but I was annoyed to find out other people had also been unfairly charged. The hostel itself is a good location, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Liked: the staff is helpful and the location is ideal. the two computers with an internet connection also came in very handy. the bathroom is pretty clean (although there's a nasty smell in there) and there was always a free shower cabin and wc when i needed one.

Disliked: the beds are sort of uncomfortable, especially if you get an upper bed. it's alright if you go out a lot and just use the room to keep your luggage in the lockers (which are pretty small) and sleep in between visiting the city and partying, but there's noise almost all the time coming from the other rooms (the walls are really thin, i guess) and from the street (that's the downside of the location).

Liked: Clean, safe, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere.

Disliked: Kitchen barely had enough plates and utensils for the amount of people trying to use it...but not a big deal.

Liked: Hector was great!! He loaded me up with lots of things to do. We also felt safe with 24hour reception. The location was amazing right in the mix of everything.

Disliked: I think it needed a larger communal area for everyone to meet and hang out... breakfast was pretty poor.

Disliked: When I went back to my room, people were having sex in the room! I asked the guy who was working there if I could change my room but he said no, and he said like it was my fault staying in a dorm room! It really pissed me off! How was I supposed to sleep in the same room with such nasty disgusting people..? They are totally mad.

Liked: This is a great hostel if you're looking for someplace to rest after traveling and going out. It's very clean with good facilities, the staff speak good English and are very helpful, and the other travelers are very nice and respectful of others.

Disliked: There is no alcohol allowed inside the hostel at all, so you have to drink elswhere, which can be inconvenient and more expensive. There is also no freezer (though there is a refrigerator) and no oven (though there are stovetop burners and a microwave). While pillows and a single sheet are included with the price, they charge €2.50 for blankets, which was slightly annoying.

Liked: The location was great - close to Rambla and all the fun activities. Easy access to the Metro. The staff were friendly and so welcoming, and provided a wealth of information on sights and activities, and good places to eat.

Disliked: Cooking facilities were minimal.

Liked: It was in a great location-within walking distance of the Plaza Catalunya, Gothic Barrio,Las Ramblas and the beach.

Disliked: It would be nice if the bathrooms could be cleaned more than once a day, especially in the mornings. But it was still fairly decent considering how many people were staying there.

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Free wifi and breakfast were included, and the location was perfect!

Disliked: some of the other travelers were noisy and rude late at night, but that's more of a luck of the draw kind of thing.

Liked: Well, My favorite things was probably the vibrating platform in the workout area of the living room haha. Also the beds were very comfortable (compared to the rough spring mattresses I've slept on elsewhere. The location is fantastic, Only a few minutes walking to Las Ramblas, the metro, The Cathedral, and the Plaza Real, yet somehow, despite all the hustle and bustle so close by, the street the hostel is on was very quiet. The included breakfast was good. All in all, The hostel was fine and a really good value.

Disliked: It could've been cleaner. However, it was definitely not dirty, just a little grungy.

Liked: Great location, helpful staffw. Place had a good kitchen and breakfast which was basic but free. Free internet

Disliked: The common area was a place for smokers and quite dirty and smelt like smoke. The showers didnt have locks or hooks.
