Liked: I liked to be very close to La Rambla and the port.

Disliked: Behind the hotel, the location looks very very poor. Prostitutes and pickpockets are there 24/7. Some cops is also there, but not at each corner. I did not have troubles, but this location does not look exciting at all, and i would say that it requires some carefulness (i was told by the staff of the hotel too). But for fairness, i have to say that this is almost the case. In my room, the air-con device was not running properly. I did not succeeded to get some hot air for warming up my room. I had a single room with shared bath. I had a sink into the room, but not hot (or warm) water. TV was there too. Staff was friendly. The hostel provides lockers (cost: 2 euro). The breakfast was a bit poor, better to go in a bakery for some enjoyable cookie or whatever. I finally would say that the price is not that bad (35E/night), so for a short staying, this hostel should be ok.

Liked: Clean room, clean shower, clean toilet. As they have some single room, it is very nice for me. I wanted a relaxed, private space.

Disliked: Wall is very very very thin. You can hear all the voice(or noise) of your next. I guess a room locates next of shower/toilet will be nightmare.

Liked: The reception is open 24 hour! This is absolutely fantastic. You never have to worry about being on time, or about losing your key because you can leave it at the desk! Also, the breakfast is good. Simple, but good! All the staffmembers are really friendly. I really enjoyed my vacation there!

Disliked: If I must say something that I disliked it would be the rather small rooms. But I didn't have any problem with them! We had our own private room and a shared bathroom, which was always clean!

Liked: The location is right in the middle of the city center in a side street of La Rambla. The rooms are simple but clean. There is a double window so the noise from the street can hardly be heard.

Disliked: The walls were kind of thin, so if somebody watched TV in the room next to you it was annoying. Additionally some guest were inconsiderate at night. Some were shouting, otheres were banging doors. So in general the nights at the hostel were rather restless. The breakfast was dissapointing. You could choose between toast and cereals. There was one type of cheese,ond type of ham and one type of jam to go with the toast. But the main problem was the breakfast room itself. It was in the cellar with out any windows,very small and dark, the celing was quite low and there was little room for all the guest. The atmosphere down there was depressing. The kitchen was really small, there were only two hotplates. I never saw anyone preparing meals. You always tried to get out off that room as fast as possible.

Liked: the hostel is situated in region, which is very close to the main city's landmarks, they offer free breakfast which save you few euro, the facility is new and very clean, they provide free wi-fi internet which is slow but useful.

Disliked: our room was small, I don't want to walk along the street next to the hotel, it's not safe at all.

Liked: The location near the Rambla and the small balcony (too bad there was no nice view).

Disliked: Noisy heating causing dry air and lack of sleep, very small room, poor breakfast, harsh smell of paint.

Disliked: the original room, a private double was so so tiny... we had to change to a private twin, and pay extra.

Liked: Great location - ramblas is in the center of the city, hotel was pretty large and safe

Disliked: Not very spacious, one bathroom on the whole floor but our room had a sink, came with breakfast but it wasn't much of a breakfast (cereal, bread, ham, cheese, only hot water so you could only make 'instant' coffee)

Liked: very close to one of the mane shopping streets, small supermarkets located at the street and the staff was always in the reception (even at 3am). the breakfast was to be expectet for the price.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: was very close to everything within walking distance or by bus or metro. the staff were very helpful! and most importantly very clean. breakfast was awesome.

Disliked: isnt very safe, would not recommend to solo travellers, i was told not to go into the street next to hostel and this is also where my bag got stolen! its ok if you have another traveller to walk home with you late at night etc. also having one bathroom per floor is a pain, sometimes there is a wait!

Liked: Location, staff is friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Shabby, elevator starts on 2nd floor (we were on 3rd floor). Rooms were small and bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet.,

Liked: This Hostel has a great location: all restaurants, clubs, bars, and sme sightseeings are very close to this place. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is all right, rooms are very clean. Thus, I will definitely reccomend this hostel for your trip.
