Liked: Very clean, safe, GREAT location. Air conditioning is very nice. Cleaning service everyday. But staff was not very friendly and did not speak much besides Spanish it seemed.

Liked: We booked a private double with an ensuite and the room was really nice and spacious. It had a balcony and a television. The bathroom was really clean and the maids came in every morning to clean the room as well. I would say more of a hotel than hostel. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The location was ideal, in the old town and near several metro stops. The rooms were very nice and had a balcomy. I was pleased that when we arrived, which was late at night, the man on the desk was expecting me and knew my name. We were only there for a short break and we did not hang around much to meet other travellers as there is so much to do in Barcelona, so I don't know what the hostel was like in that respect.
