Jack HodgesHostel was okay. Although the breakfast is from 8 til 9 so you have to be really determined if you want it because it is easy to miss. Its really simple too so theres not much point gettin up for it. Also, the owner guy wakes everyone up at 10am saying "checkout now" to kick people out. I stayed here for 3 nights and every morning he woke me up telling me to check out or to confirm who i was....very annoying!!! I also had to move rooms after the first night because everyone in my room was checking out and apparantly if there is only one person in the room, it is "traumatic" for the cleaning lady. So staff are quite annoying but great location and cheap so you get what you pay for. You also have to prove who you are when you come and go which can be annoying. |

Laura ArdilaFacilities are in good conditions, rooms are a little bit small one bed right next to the other but it's ok when you just need a place to sleep after touristic day in Barcelona :) Bad point for me: having to pay for sheets. Besides this, I think it's a very good place and with great location. |

Jiri PaboucekI stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights in a private double. The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything. The room was very clean with new furniture and nice bathroom, would definitely stay here again! |

Customer reviewGreat hostel! Met loads of great people in our room and more in the common area. Free interent a bonus!!! And 30 seconds from the ramblas as well as close to all the bars/restaurants/clubs etc. Thanks sun and moon xx |

MOHAMAD SHAHRIL ZAINUDDINeverything was good...right in the centre of barca...free wifi...aircon... near carrefour n shopping all around...however staff dont know anything abt barca....you ask them where to go for cheap food n each n every1 of them will tell u they dont know or tell u to go fastfood or supermarket...come on...it's a budget hostel for backpackers....u nid to noe ur stuff....but still it's a good place to stay with the cold aircon n free wifi n smacked in the city...u get out of the hostel....walk few steps n wala...ur at la rambla... |

Customer reviewWe loved the location, was great to walk straight off our road onto las ramblas. the beds were comfortable, the shower worked but that was about as far as it went! Did not feel like our room was particularly safe, there were three doors between the street and our room, but the door to the room itself even when locked could be kicked open. we weren't offered safety boxes. had a great time in Barcelona nevertheless, and if i couldnt find anywhere else i probably would stay there due to the great location. One of the staff members on reception was really rude when we first arrived but the other one that took over seemed helpful and nice enough. |
