Liked: The Cleanliness of the place was great. Cooking Facilities Awesome. Staff are Amazing, took the stress out of finding a good place to have a night out some of the best highlights for me !!!!

Liked: the decor of this hostel is great, and the kitchen (when avaliable) is well stocked.

Disliked: where to start? i booked out a three bed 'private' room for my partner and i so we could have some privacy, the staff then took it upon themselves to walk in and out as they pleased! without so much as a knock on the door.we left our room to go down to breakfast one morning only to find, upon returning that our door was left open by the staff!!! leaving our valubles available for the taking! the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the residents and staff partied every night untill the wee hours so sleep was an illusion whilst there! we where told (by a note left on the breakfast table i might add) that the kitchen, dinning and common rooms where unavaliable for one night as the owners wanted to use them for yet another party. the bathroom, though big was useless in design and kept on flooding (thus flooding our room) not to mention making the tiles and bedroom floor very slippery.the toilet was crammed against the wall so it made it uncomfortable to use, the shower its self had to be directed at the wall to keep the room from flooding so you had to freeze while you soaped up! and my partner happend to touch the mirror only to find it shocked her...TWICE! when my partner confronted the manager about him accessing the room, he stated that he was configuring the lockers and that it was part of his job but we fail to see that there was any reason to do this while we were there as we were the only ones using this room and could have done this after we had checked out. next time i will spend the extra for a hotel room thanks!!!

Liked: I liked the location most, plus the skate part of the builing looked /looks/ great !!

Disliked: Only one comment - when booking via hostelbooking.com it was no clear that I will live in a flat not in the dormitory part. So it was a surrprise for me when the staff took me in the next building on the 6th floor. Anyway, the living in the apartment was great and i think the finelly it was better than the dormitory however i just recoment to make it clear on the booking page.

Liked: The staff was awesome and very helpful, the apartment was nice and I met great people there. Also the location between two metro lines was excellent for everything

Disliked: Lack of fans in the bedroom

Liked: Great location and really helpful staff help make your stay in Barcelona relaxing and fun.

Disliked: Not really a complaint, but it was a really large hostel so it was more like renting a small room in a shared apartment as the majority of rooms are in the apartment building next door.

Liked: Things were very nice. Even people were doing parties on the lobby, the sound didn't come up to the 2nd fl. It's a new hostel that is a clean, big, has a lift, big kitchen and 8 computers and free wifi. So I would say everythings were very good. I stayed at 12 people's room, the 2-fllor bed was comfy and had enough space on the bed.

Disliked: No free breakfast, but there were free wifi!

Liked: In the shared rooms , you feel like that you are at your home because there are two bathrooms , kitchen , washing machine , tv etc. in your rooms .

Disliked: Location but ıf you use subway , there won't be a problem .

Liked: The private room was very, very safe (which is comforting when traveling abroad). The bathrooms/kitchens were well-equiped. The atmosphere was delightful! The metro is only three blocks from the hostel, and the hostel provides you with an excellent map of the area and metro stops.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: awesome hostel, the staff extremely helpful, tell you everything you need to know and how to get there about Barcelona. the hostel is very clean and great to cook, eat and meet others, Hernan is a legend and is always up for a great night out partying. the hostel is also extremely safe, i would recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Barcelona.

Disliked: that i didnt get to spend more time there.

Liked: It was very clean and safe. Good sized kitchen with all necessary kitchen tools. Lots of computers

Disliked: The room was too small and there was nowhere to put your luggage. The place doesn't have very much characters and felt a little sterile. Just too modern for us, but other people might like it

Liked: Absolutely brilliant, rooms although small give you enough of your own space and the facilities and staff are brilliant, one of the best hostels I've stayed in.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing, although not in the centre the walk is nice enough or the metro is incredibly easy!

Liked: Price was okay, everything was clean, no real complains about that. Nice people. the lobby was brilliant! It's nice to have 8 internet-able PCs and these sit bags! :)

Disliked: Well it was not stated that you will live with more people. It was expected to live in a bigger 2 bed room. Instead of that it was a tiny 2 bed room which could only be used for sleeping. It was absolutely no problem hanging around the other guys, but we would have taken the (cheaper) 4 bed room, as it ends nearly in the same. So that was no big deal, but I recommend to state that anywhere ;)

Liked: This hostel is one of the very best I have ever stayed in. It was really clean, the rooms were secure and comfortable (I really liked the card security for the lockers, and the personal lights and powerpoints). It had a great kitchen, free wifi and internet were a great help and the TV with its hard drive were both fantastic. It was in walking distance of a few sights and really close to two metro stops. I loved it, and we met some great people both working and staying - it's a really social place without being too loud and pushy!

Disliked: The air conditioning in our room stopped working so it got pretty stuffy, and one night the big light didn't go off when it was supposed to - but the staff were really proactive and fixed it quickly!

Liked: the balcony, even if also there smoking was forbidden..but it was the only chance to get some daylight..

Disliked: that you have to be quiet at 22:00, that the terrace close at 22:00, that at the arriving day our bed was dirty and the room had the smell of fresh paint (for the whole week even when we let the windows day and night open). the appartment cost really too much for what you get.

Liked: Mi interés no era un lugar donde conocer a otros viajeros pero sí tuve la impresión de que este hostal sería en lugar adecuado para hacerlos. El área de recepción fue remodelada desde la última vez que visité este hostal y el cambio resultó ampliamente positivo.

Disliked: No estaría de más que a uno le diera, al menos, una pastillita de jabón de baño. Hay cosas que no se pueden llevar en un avión cuando se viaja solo con equipaje de mano.

Liked: I loved the living room facilities, with the many bean bags the large projector and the huge selection of movies available to watch. The communal kitchen was fun to cook in. I really liked the skateboarding theme and decor throughout the hostel. The timeline of classic cruisers hanging in the hallway. the halfpipe themed chill out area in the living room. I was impressed by the actual wooden quarter pipe installed on the first floor back patio. Supermarket and the fruit market across the street are very handy.

Disliked: The 1 o' clock curfew in the kitchen and living area was annoying, I didn't think it was necessary.The quarter pipe was not available for use during my stay for some reason.

Liked: Everything. I stayed for only 3 days, but in that period i had a lot of fun not only with my backpack buddies, but other people i've met ib the hostel (in my room)

Disliked: Nothing, although i'd like to have been in a hostel next to the beach..

Liked: The lobby area - there were bean bags and a very nice kitchen, as well as several computers available.

Disliked: The location isn't ideal - if you're looking for something off the beaten path then it's a good thing. But it's not very close to the center and night life of Barcelona.

Liked: This particular hostel is really new so everything is so nice and clean, plus the staff are just fabulous. Had a lot of fun on their free guided pub crawls that happen every night!

Disliked: Perhaps the only thing is it is not that close to the city centre, but its worth every penny otherwise!

Liked: The security at the hostel was great, they had fun activities planned every night we were there, free internet, big kitchen, LOVED the beanbag/movie watching area - so good for hungover naps!

Disliked: The staff was generally really friendly and helpful but they didn't seem to have accurate info on some activities we wanted to do/bus schedules we needed to get to the airport. Everything was super clean but the cleaning schedules were sometimes inconvenient ie. an hour before check out I couldn't get in to the bathroom to shower and get ready.

Liked: The common area and the kitchen were fantastic. The rooms were nice and clean.

Disliked: The staff were unhelpful. The cleaning staff were awful, always pushing people out of rooms, coming in unnannounced, expecting everyoen to clear out even if they were just getting something from the kitchen...Also the policies, we werent allowed into our room until 1am because one person was missing from the group. Not helpful.

Liked: modern and comfortable

Disliked: the seeming curfew on the common room; the fact that the keycards do not work after midnight; the lockers were often muddled, meaning some keycards could open multiple lockers, where as others could not open any of them.
