Liked: Super friendly staff and extremely clean.

Disliked: The hostel goers were very young and didn't respect hostel etiquette. They made a lot of noise. Also the location wasn't the best for me since there's not many bars or decent restaurants closely.

Liked: The staff at the hostel was absolutely amazing! Greg worked wonders for us and was so so helpful! We really really appreciated everything! It is in a great area of town and close to metro.

Disliked: The only thing was that the showers are very tiny!

Liked: It was really clean - well above my expectations for a hostel! And the location was great. Free internet and computers were available for use. The staff were very friendly too.

Disliked: The staff were all very friendly - I enjoyed their company and chatting with them, but the management/administration was lacking. Guy A tells my friends that they can pay in advance and cancel 24 hours beforehand if need be. Upon attempting cancellation, Guy B says since the computer is powered off, and to do it the next morning. Upon doing it the next morning (still very well 24 hours in advance: before check-in time of 1pm, and even before check-out time at 11:30am), Guy C says that cancellation must be done 48 hours in advance. After so much attempt to get hold of Guy A again, he agrees that he did say 24 hours in advance, but he starts work at 8:30am so ... wait a minute. What has that got to do with anything? And had Guy B powered on the computer to proceed with the cancellation, it would still be very well before the "so called work-starts at 8:30am" excuse. My friends did not get their cancellation refunded, and I felt really awful to have been the one recommending the place to them.

Liked: staff and other travelers were really friendly and helpful, the location was super close to a subway, wifi. we accidentally arrived in barcelona a day earlier than our reservation was for, but the staff managed to call another sant jordi hostel nearby and book us a room for a night there, at a discount no less. it was great

Disliked: beds were really noisy and being in a room with many other people made it a bit difficult to sleep

Liked: Ideal location, very clean, spacious rooms, great common areas for socializing, they take you out every night of the week, but unlike some party hostels it's also very well-kept and comfortable to actually sleep and hang out in.

Disliked: no complaints, I will recommend this hostel to anyone coming to Barcelona.

Liked: Great people that made my stay enjoyable. Very helpful and always offering nights out as a group. Great hostel to meet other travellers.

Disliked: Had a couple of cold showers! However good for the hangover

Liked: everybody was so friendly. the hostel itself is really clean as it gets cleaned daily. The option to go on nights out is good. good common room.

Liked: This place was amazing! We met awesome and genuine people during our week-long stay here and made so many memories. The hostel organizes events at night (first a bar and then free entrance to a club on some nights) that are a really wild time. The facilities are great and we really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sant Jordi Diagonal is the way to go :)

Disliked: I know that when we were there, we really rocked the place, so maybe don't come unless you're prepared to stay up late! (not a problem for us though)

Liked: I enjoyed how home-y this hostel was. The living spaces foster a strong sense of community within the hostel. I made friends by just sitting in the TV room for a while. Also the kitchen was well equipped, so it's easy to cook here and save a bit of money on food.

Disliked: Not too much to dislike, I was pleased with my stay.

Liked: The place has a great feel to it, very inviting. The staff were very friendly whenever we asked about anything. Rooms were nice too. Free wifi!

Disliked: the showers are soooo small...and there was no place to get dried off or changed outside of the tiny stall. hey only thing that saved it even a little was the fact that there are boys and girls shower rooms...still doesn't give you much privacy..

Liked: This place was a great hostel to stay in for a few days in Barcelona. The staff were extremely helpful at all times. The hostel had decent facilities and was a nice place to chill out and meet other people. All other guests were really friendly and it was brilliant to meet so many different nationalities. Also, the nights out organised by the hostel are fantastic! I only went on one, but you get into a (normally expensive) club free, and a bar beforehand so you can mingle with everyone.

Disliked: My only criticism is that the showers were very lukewarm (not hot) and the area was not that clean.

Liked: The people staying in the hostel became very close and began traveling else where together. This, in addition to the fabulous staff, make it an amazing place to stay!

Liked: Comfy beds however the rooms were a little cold. Nice family atmosphere to it.

Disliked: Only 3 bathrooms for everyone.

Liked: very clean, very friendly staff. good atmosphere and travellers had an easy time connecting with others. internet was working well maybe a small offer of drinks or a drinks machine would have been nice..
